Ronald Picket currently serves as a director of The Culver Group. Mr. Picket's responsibilities focus on the financial and developmental aspects of the company's projects. For the last 30 years, Picket has participated in all aspects of the commercial and residential real estate business, handling development and leasing transactions for some of New York's landmark projects such as 317 Madison Avenue, 99 John Street, 70 Pine Street, and the project at 175 Water Street. As a joint equity partner, he has at one time had an interest in 85 John Street, 200 Madison Avenue, 40 Wall Street, 50 Broadway, 306 W. 10th Street and 30 Broad Street. He is also the Chairman of Williamson, Picket, Gross, Inc., a New York City commercial real estate firm. Mr. Picket has invested in several start-up companies within diverse industries.
